General Information

The 2009 Annual Meeting Exhibits will be located in The Moscone Center – May 17-20, 2009.

The APA Annual Meeting is one of the major American scientific gatherings, with some 19,000 attendees expected, most of whom are physicians from psychiatric and other mental health disciplines.

2009 exhibit space rates are: $2,500 per inline 10’x10’; $2,600 per corner 10’x10’; and $29 per square foot for island booth space.

 
Exhibit Highlights

Career Fair – A dedicated area on the exhibit floor open to companies who are recruiting; located adjacent to the APA Job Bank.

Technology Fair – a dedicated area on the exhibit floor that is open to companies who want to showcase their technology and computer software related products and services.

Promotional contests and raffles are permitted.
